- Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Add grated carrots, zucchini, onion,chilli ginger paste, whole coriander seeds and peanuts in the batter and mix thoroughly.
- In a pan heat 4 tablespoon oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and cumin seeds to oil. Let it heat until the mustard seeds crackle.
