Instructions to make Chinese maggi manchurian:
  1. Maggi recipe – Firstly boiled the Maggi. Then heat oil in a pan and add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion, potato, capsicum cook it 2 min then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Maggi masala cook it 5 min.
  2. Then add boiled Maggi and mix it well add coriander leaves then turn off the gas. Maggi is ready.
  3. For soya chunks coating – Firstly, in a large bowl soak 1 cup soya chunks in 3 cups hot water, for 15 minutes or more. After 15 minutes, squeeze out the water from soya and transfer to a bowl.
  4. Then add curd, corn flour,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder. Combine all the ingredients well adding a tbsp of water if required.
  5. Further dry or shallow fry in hot oil.stir occasionally, and fry till soya turns crisp. Drain out the fried soya and keep aside.
  6. For manchurian gravy – now take a pan heat oil and saute 2 clove garlic, onion, capsicum, cabbage salute well.then add green chilli sauce,dark soya sauce,tomato sauce, vinegar, to taste salt,red chilli powder keeping the flame high, mix all the ingredients well.
