- Now draine the water from noodles and sprinkle some oil on it.
- Heat oil, add hing, all vegetables with garlic, ginger paste… Add green chillies. Stir in high flame for 2 minutes.
- Now add soy sauce, chillie sauce, schezwan sauce and salt.
- Then add cooked vermicelli noodles and saute for 1 minutes.
- Serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
