- In a small bowl take chicken cubes add lemon juice, salt and chopped coriander keep aside for 10 mins.
- In a separate bowl take 1 egg and whisk it well. Add chicken cubes to egg mixture and keep it refrigerated for 20 mins.
- Now, take breadcrumbs in a plate. Remove the marinated chicken from fridge and roll the chicken cubes in breadcrumbs.
- Add few pieces of chicken, coated with the breadcrumb, at a time. Fry until golden on all sides. Use a slotted spoon to gently turn every now and then.
- When golden, remove it from the oil and rest on paper towels to soak excess oil.
- Serve hot with mayo dip or tomato ketchup.
