- In a muslin cloth tie the coriander and sonif seed together to make a spice bag. Spice bag init add garlic ginger paste,onion,chicken, water and cook.
- Aik pan mein oil gram kar ke onion dal ke golden brown kar ke nikakla Lain.
- Phir is pan mein tomatoes,yoghurt, green chilli,red chilli flakes, gàram masala dalkar bhoony Phir chicken aur yakhni dal dhain.
