- Into skillet where chicken was cooked make sauce. melt butter, add onion and garlic and soften, add flour and whisk 2 minutes, it will be thick, add all sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth, bring to a boil and cook until thickened to a sauce consistancy.
- Top chicken with sauce, evenly top with shredded cheese.
- Place under broiler and heat until cheese melts and all is hot.
- Serve with crusty bread or rolls.
