- medium heat, stove top, frying pan with a lid
- in skillet add oil and all spices, add mushrooms, onions, saute over medium heat, for 2 minutes
- add chicken, cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, keep covered
- add sour cream,yogurt and puree
- cook chicken another 15 or until done
- add butter last, then serve
- I did some modifications from the original recipe, this isn't very spicy at all, I served it with white rice and added a few veggies
