  8. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and let it cook for about 1 minute while stirring continuously.
  9. Pour in 1 1/2 cups of milk and stir slowly until it becomes thick.
  10. Add the shredded chicken, coriander, green chilies, black pepper and salt. Let cool.
  11. After the dough has risen, divide it into 2 equal sized balls.
  12. Roll one dough ball into a rectangular shape. Brush some melted butter over it
  13. Put your cooled chicken filling in the middle of the rectangle and cut diagonal slits on the longer sides of the rectangle.
  14. Fold over the slits in a criscross fashion, neatly folding at the end(see the step picure
  15. Repeat this for the second dough ball.
  16. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the breads on a greased baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  17. Enjoy with chilli garlic ketchup!

The fill Spread filling evenly over middle of dough. To braid, lift strips of dough across mixture to meet in center, twisting each strip on turn. Continue alternating strips to form a braid. Tuck ends under to seal at end of braid. Brush egg white over dough using pastry brush.
