- Make ready DAAL Ingredients:
- Prepare Oil half cup
- Take 2 Onion (sliced)
- Take 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Prepare Half tsp Turmeric powder
- Make ready Salt as your taste
- Prepare 3 tsp Red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- Make ready 3 tsp Coriander Powder
- Take 125 g Bengal gram lentils
- Take 125 g Yellow split lentils (Moong Dal)
- Make ready 125 g Red split lentils (Masoor Dal)
- Make ready 6 glasses Water
- Make ready 1 cup Boiled Chicken (shredded)
Steps to make Chicken_Shami_Kabab_With_ DAL_RICE:
- Chicken_Shami_Kabab: Take a pot add Chicken boneless, Chickpeas, Salt, Ginger garlic paste, whole button red chilies,Garam Masala powder & water, Close the lid to cook.
- Cook until all the water has evaporated and chicken is tendered. Let it cool for some time and then grind all the ingredients to a thick paste. In the paste add the raw eggs liquid and mix thoroughly.
- Using your palm make the kebabs of any desired shape and size, generally flat round shape.
- Now shallow fry the kebabs from both sides till golden brown. You can serve the kebabs hot with chutney of your choice.
- Rice: Take a pot add oil, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Clove, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom & White Cumin seed, Fry it 30 sec till aroma start come.
- Then add Basmati Rice, Salt & Water. Close the lid till water get dry & rice cooked completely. Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
- DAAL: In a wok add oil heat and fry onion, till onion saute.Now add ginger garlic paste & turmeric powder, Cook till raw aroma goes.
- Now add all spices, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and coriander powder, cook it until oil comes up (Add water if required to cook spices).
- Add all lentils & pour 6 glass water, mix it & cover it to cook till come to boil then cook 30 minutes on slow flame.
- After this grind all lentils with the wooden hand masher then add shredded boiled chicken. Cook more 5 mins at low flame.
- Finally serve hot. Garnish with fry Whole button chilies. Serve with rice.
