  1. 🌸METHOD :/ In pot,add oil Add green cardamom,black cardamom,bay leaf,cinnamon stick,black cloves,star anise, cumin seeds and mix well. Add onion and fry until light brown.
  2. Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color. Add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste and mix well.
  3. Add yogurt,salt,cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,,mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add black chickpeas and mix well. Add water and mix well.
  4. Add tomato,green chillies and mix. Add rice,mix well and cook on high flame until water is reduced then cover and steam cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Leave for 5 mins then serve with raita and salad. Enjoy !
