- Take a bowl, add maida, curd, oil, baking powder and baking soda with water and knead a soft dough and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Now take small portions of dough and make balls as your desired shape. Add Grated garlic, kalongi and coriander leaves on top of nan and press over with rolling pin so that everything sticks to it properly.
- Turn the side and apply water with brush.Now place the wet surface on tawa until bubbles appears.Then turn the tawa directly on flame and cook until golden brown.
- Grease with butter. Serve hot with choley (Choley recepie given already).
