- Now roll that dough into balls and make them as oval shape using rolling pin and cook it by heating tawa.
- Make sure to cook in medium flame. If more bubbles rise they we can understand that dough and naan came out well.
- Apply butter immediately. Serve it after a minute. Wheat naan is ready to serve.
- Options: If we want we can add chopped coriander leaves while adding wheat flour. Knead it to a dough as instructed above and cook it.
- We can sprinkle chopped garlic or kalonji (onion seeds) after rolling as an oval naan. After adding we should give a press and after that cook it.
Meanwhile, keep the tawa for heating. Flip the naan and apply some water all over the plain surface of the naan. Put the naan over the heated tawa. Let it stay for a few seconds on a low flame until you see few bubbles coming over it.
