  1. Place the wash and minced meat in a processor and add all the ingredients and churn till it turns smooth
  2. Shape into small balls and refrigerate till you prepare sauce.
  3. For sauce, heat oil add onions, garlic and cook till it turns soft. Then add blanched and chopped tomatoes, salt, oregano, chilli flakes and water cook for few minutes. Then add meatballs and cook covered for 15 minutes on low heat. Do not stir.
  4. After 15 minutes add pizza pasta sauce, tomato sauce and little water to adjust the consistency, if required add capsicum and coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
  5. At time of serving, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add boiled pasta and adjust seasoning with, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and take it out in a plate.
  6. Pile the meat balls with gravy on top of pasta and grate cheese before serving.
