  4. Place the wet surface on the hot iron skillet. When bubbles start to appear. Turn the skillet directly over the flame and cook until the brown spot appears. Naan will stick just like a tandoor.
  5. Grease with butter and Naan is ready to serve.

Sift the flours in a kneading bowl. Add sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Form a well in the center, and pour yogurt and oil right into the middle. Brush naan with more garlic butter before serving.
