- Grind all whole garam masala into fine powder.
- Blend raw tomatoes ito a fine paste.
- Remove chicken from marination.
- In pot take oil and butter together then add chicken (marinated chicken to masala kay bagair add krein first) and cook until water evaporates on high flame.
- Now add marinated masala and tomato paste adjust spices at this stage.
- Cook until chicken done and water evaporates. before serving add cream and lemon juice.
- Cook on low falme for 5 to 10 mins add water for gravy.
- Gravy should be of thick consistency.sprinkle hara dhania and serve with steam rice or naan1.
