  1. Oil garam kar ke chicken add kar dein sath hi ginger garlic paste bhi add kar dein aur chicken ko etna fry krein ke light brown colour ho jaye phir chicken ko oil sy nikal kar alag rakh lein
  2. Aub jis oil main chicken fry kiya tha us si oil main tomato add kar dein aur 5 min ke liye cover kar dein jab tomato soft ho jaye tu chicken & yogurt, salt add kar ke 5 min cover kar ke medium flame par pakain
  3. Aub chicken main kutti lal mirch, kutta zera, chat masala, sugar add kar ke achi tarhan bhon lein dahi aur Tomato ka pani dry ho jaye aur kasori methi, green chilies,ginger cut kar ke add kar dein aur slow flame par 5 min ke liye dam laga dein chicken karahi ready hai
