Use an instant read thermometer insert into the thickest part of chicken close to the bone 165 is good and done but dont wait till then when its at 155 ro 160 brush with BBQ sauce to one side than flip over and brush other side then cook on each side after appling BBQ for about 5 min to the point the BBQ sauce starts to caramelize(thickens and darker in color) remove and let side about 5 mins then enjoy!
