- Now cool the gravy and pour extra water from a strainer it will use in the gravy take out bay leaves now grind with a vender or in mixy now again strain gravy ifany things means we need a creamy smooth gravy now add chicken in it !
- Now take smooth puree and strained water and cover with lid cook with chicken till soft ! Now add little cream kasoori methi
- Pour ina serving bowl and pour cream onit !Our restaurant style butter chicken is ready !Serve with roti nan and chapati!
