- In a nonstick pan give one boil to cream add dark compound to it switch off the flame.let the compound melt
- Once the mix cools it will thicken on it's own. this is called GANACHE
- Mix icing sugar and maida/ all purpose of flour well. cut chilled butter in small cubes crumble it in maida mix. make a dough if dry add 1-2 tbsp milk. cling wrap and keep in fridge for 20 min
- After 20 min roll it into a circle and arrange it in a pie pan. make holes and bake it in a preheated oven of 180 degree for 25 min. let it cool down completly
- Apply a layer of peanut butter.
- Top it with ganache. explained in step 1 and2
- Decorate with cherries and silver balls
- Keep in fridge for 20min so that it sets. serve cold or at room temperature
