- Prepare 6 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
- Get 6 tbsp Ketchup
- Make ready 1 cup Cheddar and mozzarella cheese

- Now heat the oil in a pane and deep fry the fries for 5 min half done
- Now took them out and let them cool again fry them untill golden
- Now take a baking dish make a layer of prepared mince spread some ketchup and chill garlic sauce on it
- Now cover the mince with fries spread cheddar and mozzarella cheese on it
- Garnish with capsicum and onion rings and olive
- Now bake it in pre heated oven for 20 minutes at 180temp
- Or bake it in stove oven…. Take a deep pateela and heat it for 10 min now put a stand in it and place dish on stand and leave for 25 mint check it if cheese is Ready and gets good color take it out
