- Working in batches dredge cheese cubes in flour, then egg wash, then breadcrumbs. Coating all sides very well. Note: You may need to gently press the breadcrumbs into the egg layer. If you feel the need repeat the egg and breadcrumb layers.
- Once coated arrange in a single layer on a platter. Place in freezer for at least 1 hour, and up to ready to use. Note: If you want to store for later use another day transfer to a freezer bag after 1 hr.
- When ready to cook heat enough oil for deep frying to 350°F. Let cheese bites sit out while oil heats. Place cheese bites in hot oil and cook until golden. This only took about 2 minutes for me.
