Steps to make Naan Khatai:
- Melt clarified butter and Allow to cool. now freeze in the freezer.
- Beat Frozen butter with electric beater, while beating gradually add sugar, Samolina, flour, cardemom powder and baking powder.
- Knead to make a smooth surface dough. Now make a small ball from dough as required size and press with palm.
- Place all dough pressed balls on Baking lined tray and by using thumb make slightly depression into the center.
- Now brush with egg yolk and top some chopped pistachios and bake them at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Naan khatai is ready to serve.
