Instructions to make Pull Apart Peach Cobbler:
- preheat oven to 315°F
- open peaches and drain. reserve liquid.
- dice peach slices into bite sized pieces.
- place onto bowl with half of the reserved peach juice/syrup.
- add rest of ingredients except biscuits.
- mix well!
- meanwhile open biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
- when done add all biscuits to peach mix and stir to coat.
- pour mix into a pan greased pan. should fill it half way.
- bake for 50-60 min or until browned and biscuits are cooked all the way through.
- remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. turn pan up side down and turn out onto a serving plate.
- spoon vanilla ice cream in center if desired and serve immediately
- if you choose to add the vanilla ice cream in the center let it melt some and dunk your bites in the ice cream like a dip. ;)
- to make an alcohol version of this.. just add a bit of rum, between layers or mix with the syrup and pour all over the top before baking (captain morgan spiced rum would be excellent here!) or u can add brandy wich would be awesome, favored vanilla vodka" possibilities are endless!
