My go to is a ramen noodle bowl, I add some olive oil and garlic powder to the cooked noodles, top with sardines in olive oil and chilies, add some more garlic powder, micro wave the bowl, add some grated parmesan and romano cheese to the heated mixture. I think I am making tonight and will try adding the egg! Cook the rice in your rice maker (or stovetop) according to manufacture's directions. While the rice is cooking, make the donburi sauce by combining the tamari, mirin, maple syrup, ginger and garlic to a small bowl.

- Sprinkle Soy Sauce over and remove from the heat. *Note: 1 teaspoon of Curry Powder is a nice addition.
- Half fill a bowl with Freshly Cooked Rice and cover it with Sardine mixture. Top with plenty of chopped Spring Onion and Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix), and enjoy.
Add the olive oil to a large frying pan set over a medium-low heat. Remove the bones from the middle of the sardines and flake the rest with a fork. Add the olive oil from the sardines pack to a wok. Add garlic and stir fry till fragrant. Add diced red pepper and stir fry briefly.
