- Place rolled out dough on a cold baking stone. Brush on Olive Oil. Add Sauce. Add Cheese (I use a low moisture mozzarella) then what ever remaining toppings you wish and sprinkle all over with olive oil. On a side note I sometimes use an egg wash on rim of pizza crust to brown it up, it's ur choice. I'm at 5000 feet elevation, so getting any dough to brown pretty is difficult to do with out an egg wash.
- Place in oven bake until golden brown. This method will have a more bready pliable crust with average air pockets.
- For a more chewy crust with very large air pockets repeat steps 4 they 6 but instead of a cold stone pre heat the baking stone and turn oven up to 475 degrees. This should not have to be said but be careful not to burn yourself, I double my mits up.
