- Get 300 g chicken

- A deep frying pan or wok is best for frying. Heat the pan and add enough oil to cover all the chicken. Once hot, carefully add the pieces of chicken one by one.
- When the chicken has turned a nice golden-brown colour (about 5 to 10 minutes), flip each piece to ensure even cooking. Once cooked, enjoy!
