  21. Take 7 . Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Steps to make Murgh Makhani:
    1. Wash the chicken thoroughly. Marinate with the ingredients under "to marinate". Keep in the fridge for 2 hrs.
  1. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in kadai add the marinated chicken to this cook till chicken absorbs the masala completely.

  2. Take this and keep aside. Heat remaining butter in pan add ginger garlic paste to his. Saute nicely.

  3. Add tomato puree and salt. Add all the masala powders close with lid. cook till oil separates.

    1. Now add the cooked chicken and add a cup of water let it boil.
  4. Close with lid cook it. open and cook for another 5 min in low flame.

  5. Adjust salt. Add honey and mix it.

  6. Add fresh cream and kasthoori methi to this. Garnish with coriander.

  7. Serve hot with naan or any roti as you wish.
