Butter chicken originated from using leftover dry tandoori chicken and giving it moisture with a creamy spiced tomato sauce — plus some butter, and we have butter chicken.   4. Once cooked, remove from fire and wait for this mix to get cool.
  5. After the mix gets cool, grind it to a fine paste. Using a sieve drain the puree.
  6. Pour this puree in a pan and heat it.
  7. Add remaining 3 tbspn butter, fresh cream, fried chicken and kasoori methi. Let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  8. Check the taste and add lacking things according to your taste. Garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves. Butter Chicken is ready to be served.
