- Skim the foam on the surface of jam. After that make more consistent by adding pectin into the jam mixture, stir well until it's completely dissolved, continue simmering more 10 minutes or until you get the right consistency. (Check consistency by having a little jam on the spoon and put it in freezer for a few minutes)
- Sterilized the jam bottle by boiling it for at least 15 minutes, put the jam into the bottle while everything is still hot, after that bring the jam bottle to the boiling water again for 10-15 minutes to complete sterilization.
- Let the jam bottles completely cool before keep in the refrigerator.
