  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add peanuts to roast them till they become brown. Grind them and keep them separately.
  3. Heat mustard oil in a pan, add asafoetida and cumin seeds first. Then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala and fry them for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add chopped spring onions and fry them till it become golden brown. Add grinded peanuts and let it cook for 5 mins. Add green chilli and potatoes. Cover the pan let them cook for 15-20 minutes. Check it and stirr it occasionally to let.it cook properly.
  5. Take maida in a bowl, add curd and chopped coriander leaves. Try to make a dough, add water if required.
  6. Make equal size balls and roll out them in desired shape. Roast it properly like tawa roti. Apply pure ghee. Now serve hot spring onions with tawa coriander naan.
