  8. Let each guest mix well before eating. Serve with chilli oil, soy sauce and vinegar to taste

Drain and rinse under cold running water until chilled. Shake out the excess water and blot dry; transfer the noodles to a bowl. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to boil. Drain, and transfer to a serving bowl.
