- Boil the noodles how it says on the packet. Fry the vegetables for about 5-8 min on a medium heat. Then remove. Add the prawns and fry over a medium heat for 2-3 min. Add now the noodles and fry them for a minute. Return the vegetables and add coriander. Stir well. Mix the soy sauce, honey and curry and add to the wok. Stir all well. Season with salt and pepper.
