Steps to make Vegetable Burger:
- Chopping and Slicing vegetables ingredients
- Chop Onion in a fine small pieces
- Set a side
- Chop tomato
- Here is chopped onion and tomato and chargha masala
- In a pan take oil. Heat it in medium flame add zeera and fry till it become brownish.
- Add chopped onion and cook till it become translucent.
- Add tomato paste and cook.
- Add green chilli and cook.
- Add chargha masala and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and mix.
- Add red chilli powder and salt
- Mix all stuff
- Add carrot and cook in low flame
- Mash boiled potato
- Add potato in pan and mix it with onion tomato stuff.
- Now it's done. Set aside
- Light fry all pieces of bun by greasing ghee
- It's ready for assembling
- Beat egg and make omlet
- Cut into two pieces
- All sliced vegetable ingredient ready for assembling
- Apply mayonnaise in one side.
- Then apply ketchup.
- Spread stuff
- Keep sliced vegetables on top of stuff.
- Covered with sec part of bun.then apply ketchup again on surface.
- Spread shami kabab and keep onion sliced on top
- Keep omlet piece on top and covered with last part of bun
