Place the carrot filling in the center of the dough, seal it and roll into a ball. Roll to make a round paratha. Cook the paratha on the hot plate or tava till brown freckles form, when both sides are cooked, add a little ghee or oil and spread it on both sides of the paratha. Cook till paratha turns golden brown.
Steps to make Carrot paratha with salsa fillings:
- Wash,peel and grate carrots and tomato (discard seeds of tomato)
- In a big mixing bowl take whole wheat flour. Add oil/ghee and salt. Mix it well with fingers tips.
- Now add other ingredients and mix all things well. Then pour required water and Knead the flour to make smooth dough. Now Cover the dough and leave it for 10 minutes.(If flour is sticky then add some dry flour)
