Hello everybody, I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a distinctive dish, tiramisu. It is one of my favorites. This time, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

The Tiramisu tasted SO different from any tiramisu I'd ever tried. If you take a look at some of the tiramisu recipes on the internet, you'll see a huge variation in ingredients. This tiramisu recipe features rum and coffee-soaked ladyfingers layered with mascarpone custard and whipped cream.

Tiramisu is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. They are nice and they look wonderful. Tiramisu is something which I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Tiramisu:
  1. Take 250 g Mascarpone
  2. Prepare 4 tbsp Sugar
  3. Prepare 2 eggs
  4. Get 12 Sponge fingers
  5. Prepare 150 ml strong coffee
  6. Prepare (if you have dark rum or sweet liquor, add 1 tbsp to coffee)
  7. Take 1 tbsp Pure cocoa

Instructions to make Tiramisu:
  1. They are ingredients. For strong coffee, I usually put 2 tbsp of instant coffee or use double espresso with 1 tbsp of dark rum or liquor. (I used "Disaronno" this time.)
  2. Put sponge fingers in a container.
  3. Using tablespoon, pour strong coffee on the sponge fingers.
  4. Mix mascarpone with spatula until it becomes smooth. Add egg yolk and 1 tbsp sugar, mix well.
  5. Beat egg white until it becomes white and bubbly.
  6. Add 3 tbsp sugar and beat more to make firm meringue. (Try to turn the bowl and if meringue is really firm like this, it's done.)
  7. Add 1/3 meringue to mascarpone mixture (No. 4) and mix well with spatula. Then move this mixture to melange bowl and mix well.
  8. Place mixture in the container.
  9. Using tea strainer (or flour shifter), shift cocoa powder on the mixture until it's all covered.
  10. Place it in fridge for 1-2 hours and buon appetito!!

Prior to making homemade tiramisu, I'd never considered myself a fan. An old friend loved it, so I'd share it with her when we were out at a restaurant.
