- Meanwhile, prepare dabu-dabu by adding red onion, tomatos, green chilli, salt, pepper and sugar into a bowl (heat proof). Heat the vegetable oil until hot, pour it to the bowl immediately and mix well.
- After the fish is marinated, fry it using deep fried method until crispy.
