- Then add red chilli sauce,soya sauce and boil for a minute add fried chicken pieces simmer for 2 to 3 minutes and finally garnish with coriander leaves.
Coat the chicken with the masala paste and marinate for an hour in a refrigerator. Heat the remaining oil in a thick-bottomed kadai; add the chicken.
