- Get to Taste Salt
- Make ready 1 Tea Spoon Sugar
- Make ready 1 Tea Spoon Oregano
- Make ready Fries as Required
- Get Mozzarella cheese as required
- Make ready Cheddar Cheese as required
- Get 1 Cup Onion Thin cubes
- Make ready Green Capsicum Thinly Chopped
- Make ready Jalapenos as required
Steps to make Pizza Fries:
- Marinate Chicken: Take chicken cubes in a bowl. Add Yogurt, Ginger garlic paste, white vinegar, soy sauce, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, salt and black pepper into the chicken. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat 2 table spoons of oil in the pan and add marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is done.
- Prepare Pizza Sauce: Heat 1 Table spoon of oil in the pan. Add chopped garlic and let it cook till it becomes light golden. Then add Tomato Ketchup, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, salt, sugar and oregano. Mix it well and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Pizza Sauce is Ready.
- Cut Potatoes for fries. Fry them until golden brown.
- Assembling: Take a dish add fried potatoes. then add both cheese. Add Pizza Sauce and cooked chicken. then add onions, Capsicum and Jalapenos. add some more cheese. You can also make layers according to your own priorities and likes and dislikes
- In the end sprinkle some oregano and red chilli flakes. and let bake in pre-heated oven at 180'C until cheese melts. You can also microwave it.
