  1. Get 2 Packet Wheat Hakka Noodles
  2. Make ready 4 Medium Sized Onions

  5. Get 1 Large Capsicum Thinly Sliced
  6. Get 1 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander

  11. Prepare 4 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce

Steps to make Chinese Bhel:
  1. Cook the Hakka noodles for 5-8 mins in boiling water. Add 2 tbsps of oil and a pinch of salt while cooking so that the noodles don't stick to each other.
  2. Use the strainer to separate the half-cooked noodles and wash the noodles again in cold water.
  3. Transfer the noodles to a large plate and spread evenly to cool it down.
  4. Once cooled, add 2 tbsp of oil and dust the noodles with corn flour. At this point the noodles will get separated into single strands.
  5. Heat the Kadai and pour sufficient oil for deep frying the Noodles
  6. Deep fry the dusted noodles until golden brown.
  7. Break the crunchy fried noodles in to smaller pieces.
  8. For those who dont like the raw taste of capsicum, remove the oil from the Kadai and slightly toss the thinly sliced capsicum in the residual oil for a 2 mins and keep aside.
  9. In a large bowl add the Crispy Noodles, Capsicum, Cabbage, Carrot and Onions.
  10. Drizzle the juice from one lemon and toss the mix well with a ladle.
  11. Add 4 tbsp of Schezwan Sauce, 4 tbsp of Red Chilli Sauce, 2 tbsp of Tomato Sauce and salt as desired. You can adjust the sauce according to your taste.
  12. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve immediately while the noodles is still crispy.
