- Take small scoops of the purée and place on a greased baking tray. Bake on a preheated oven, at 180 degree Celsius for about 20-30 minutes.
- On a heated small pot or pan for deep frying, add the oil and allow to heat for 1-2 minutes. Add several small round scoops of the other purée bowl into the pot and fry for 3 minutes on one side, and for another 3 minutes on the other side. Remove the fried bean cake and place on a paper towel, then serve hot.
In traditional Chinese medicine, those little green beans have a cold property, which can further help to protect our body from hot. Remove from pan; cool on a wire rack. If desired, dust cake with espresso powder and/or additional cocoa powder and serve with berries and/or Sweet Cashew Cream. Blend on high until the beans are completely liquefied. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
