- I add all the necessary spicies needed to cook my chicken along with 6 seasoning cubes and half cup water,cover with lid and lower the heat and allow it to slowcook for 10min
- The water will dried up and little will be left,keep it aside as we will use it to seasoned our filling
- De-bone the chicken,in a pan add in oil and onion saute for few sec
- Then add chicken and scotch bonnet pepper and stir fry,then add in your spices
- Mix well,then add in you cooked potatoes and carrots and keep on stir frying for 5mins, then add in your chicken stock
- And little more water stir in and allow it to cook for 6min on low heat,then add 1 more cube(if you still feel the need to add more pls do,for me this is enuf)
- In a bowl add 1 tspn flour and mix with water to form a thin slurry
- And add it in,stir it well and add parsely flakes stir and cover for 2 more mins and that is done.
- Now get your dough and divide it into 2 roll first half like shown
- And cut using a round bowl,add in 2 tbspn of your chicken fill in and fold as shown
- Brush edges with egg and cover it
- Then use a fork and lightly press the edge
- Arrange on a grease baking tray
- Egg wash the pies and bake at 250F for 15-20min untill golden brown
- Serve and enjoy.1.
