- Make balls like shape of cheese dough
- Heat oil.. Coat the cheese balls with moong dal better & fry till golden colour is found..pull out from oil and spread on a paper napkin to soak access oil
- Fry all the balls with same process..put the balls aside &fry again for more crispness
- Cut the balls in half &set on a plate
- Serve hot with yo'rs favourite sauce or ketchup
- Tip ; If u want to make cheese balls with beetroot then boil the beet root.. Mash it &squeeze all the access water and mix in a little part of cheese dough and stuff in the cheese balls and fry as usual
