- Prepare For the Sambal Kicap (SOYA SAMBAL)
- Prepare 5 birds eye chillies (or more for spicier sambal)
- Take 2 green chillies
- Make ready 2 table spoon sweet soya sauce
- Make ready 1 tablespoon white sugar
- Get 2 tsp vinegar
- Make ready 1 garlic clove

Instructions to make Noodle Soup:
- Put the chicken in a big heavy pot, and add in 1.5 litres of water, 3 garlic cloves, 1 onion roughly chopped, a pinch of salt and a stalk of lemongrass.
