Pat your eggplant dry with paper towels. With a pastry brush apply the sauce to both sides of the eggplant. Place eggplant rounds onto a sheet tray fitted with a rack. Transfer the eggplant steaks to individual serving plates and sprinkle with the feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and chopped parsley and top with a squeeze of lemon.

Remove from heat.

Garnish with some parsley and chili.
