- Take 1 cup chopped onion, capsicum, Tomato and green chilli
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Take to taste Salt
Steps to make Manchurian Masala Pav:
- Take a bowl put boiled nuddles and 1 tbsp corn flour and mix well and fry them till they are golden in colour and keep aside
- Take a bowl put chopped veggies and corn flour, rice flour and mix it well
- Now add salt, pepper powder, chopped green chilli, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and add some water and make a dough
- Now take some portion on palm and make small size balls of it
- Now heat oil in kadhai and fry all the balls till golden brown in colour and keep aside
- For masala:-Now take another pan put some oil and put chopped onions, capsicum, tomato and saute it
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and saute it for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame and transfer masala in a plate
- Now take a pav and cut it from the centre and apply butter inside it and spread masala and apply Schezwan sause on top of masala
- Now place 3-4 manchurian balls and fried noodles inside the pav and apply butter on top of the pav.
- Garnish with chopped coriander. Now manchurian masala pav is ready Enjoy with sauce.
