- Prepare 400 gms boneless chicken
- Get 2-3 potatoes
- Get 2-3 green chillies
- Prepare 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
- Take 1/4 tsp each pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder
- Make ready 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Make ready leaves Coriander
- Get 2 tbsp spring onion greens only
- Make ready cube Cheese

- Make ready 1 cup Maida
- Get 1 cup Bread crumbs
Steps to make Chicken Balls:
- Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste & salt. Boil potatoes.
- In a bowl add boiled potatoes, shred chicken, ginger garlic powder, salt, chilli powder, spring onion, chopped green chillies & coriander leaves. Mix all well.
- Each cheese cube cut into 4 parts.
- Take the chicken mixture give it a ball shape. Flatten it using the palms place 1 piece of cheese in middle & again give it a round shape. Refrigerate for half an hour
- Roll in maida. Dip in egg & roll again in breadcrumbs & fry. Serve hot with your favourite chutney/dip
