  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Melt butter in a 9x9 baking dish (I do it in the microwave for about 1 minute)
  3. Mix all other ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Pour into baking dish over the melted butter.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes until cracks form on top and it looks golden brown. ENJOY!

Add in the cornbread and mix until incorporated. Combine the corn, creamed corn, sugar, flour, milk and eggs. A bit like a cross between corn souffle and a slightly sweet corn pudding!
