  1. Take pan add oil let it heat now add green garlic,gingergarlicpest,greenonion saute it for 2 min.
  2. Add crash greenpeas,carrot,mash potato cook for 5min
  3. Then add red chilli,turmeric powder,coriander​ powerd,schezwan chutney,Salt saute 1 min. Off the flame.
  4. Put in bowl add coriander leaves and cool down. ready to stuffing.make a boll shap and coat a maida slary and coat a Varmesli seviyan and deep fry golden brown.
  5. Ready he chinese kachori.serve with schezwan chutney.
