- Allow the drink to cool down completely on refrigerator. Concentrate bel squash/ woodapple squash is now ready.
- For the mojito- Muddle the mint leaves with the lemon juice & lemon quarters in a mocktail shaker or in a jug with a muddler.
- Add the bael panna,ice cubes.Close the mocktail shaker & shake well.If making in jug just stir in all the ingredients.
- Fill the glass with lots of ice & pour the woodapple Mojito.Add dash of freshly cracked black pepper for that zing.
- Garnish with mint springs.Serve it chilled.Enjoy the drink.
