- Mix the yogurt and add in potatoes. Cook the curry on low to medium flame until chicken and potatoes are cooked and curry is made. Set aside.
- Boil the rice when you have place the rice in strainer. In the same pot add 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup water. Now add half of the rice. On top of it add curry, some mint leaves and lemon.
- Now add the other layer of rice, on top of it add curry, homemade brown onions, some mint leaves, and food colour. Now cover the lid and cook on low flame until rice is done.
- When rice is done mix well and serve hot with yogurt drink and salad. Enjoy.
